Job Description

You will be responsible for addressing MEP design issues, proposing alternative solutions, and facilitating problem-solving. Additionally, you will assist in the receipt and review of MEP submittals, log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings, and support scoping, budgeting, and justification of MEP change orders. You will also be required to direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP subcontractor, coordinate and administrate MEP-related materials, systems, and review shop drawings, and ensure that MEP subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant Quality documentation/records and Project safety regulations. Moreover, you will assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment. Qualifications required for this role include a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, practical knowledge of plans, prints, drawings, specifications, and schematics related to the trade, the ability to follow construction procedures and practices, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Revit, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, ArcGIS, Google Earth, Navisworks, and similar software. You should also exhibit sound communication skills as well as drafting and writing skills. The company is looking to fill 1 position for this role in Ahmedabad.
