Roles and Responsibilities

Manage MEP projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
Prepare detailed project plans, including budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering to ensure effective resource allocation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical queries and optimize overall project performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent bill checking skills with ability to review contractor bills against drawings/specifications.
8-10 years of experience in managing construction projects.
