MEP Manager

Position: MEP Manager – Civil Projects
Location: Hare Krishna Cultural Centre (HKCC), Jaipur
Department: Civil Projects
Reporting To: Project Head – Civil

About the Role:
The Hare Krishna Movement, Jaipur, is seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Manager to lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across civil infrastructure projects. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in MEP execution, vendor management, billing oversight, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of MEP services at the project site
• Finalize vendors and manage contracts in alignment with project specifications
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, and design teams
• Monitor work progress, ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Verify and process MEP-related bills and documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety norms, and project guidelines

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 8–10 years in MEP management for civil/infrastructure projects
• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety installations
• Excellent project coordination and site management skills
• Ability to lead teams and interface with consultants and contractors effectively

Compensation: ₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month (commensurate with experience and expertise)
