Job Description

MEP Manager based in NCR- India

Responsibilities

Reviewing tender documentation and identify project risks.
Assisting the design team through the scheme/production design stage and the delivery team through into implementation and handover.
Demonstrating design management procedures, prepare design programme and set design deliverables.
Attending/chairing design team meetings as necessary during contract.
Monitoring and reporting on design progress, statutory approvals, outstanding information required, subcontractor design, environmental/CDM issues.
Developing and agreeing design input/output responsibilities between consultants and subcontractors with design responsibilities.
Monitoring progress and status of RFI's and document control.

Education / Experience :

More than 10 years of experience in project management

Bachelor in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
