Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement & contract strategies to ensure optimal project outcomes.
• Lead the selection, onboarding, and coordination of specialized MEP consultants.
• Review and validate engineering designs and technical specifications for MEP systems.
• Guide engineering development lifecycle from concept to execution.
• Manage value engineering initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and performance of MEP systems.
• Conduct market assessments and evaluate emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Drive innovative solutions for sustainable and energy-efficient MEP designs.

Qualification:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering project management within the real estate or infrastructure sector.
• Strong expertise in MEP design, project execution, and consultant management.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound knowledge of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
