Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Noida for upcoming luxury residential project. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities for our Noida residential project. Daily tasks include sourcing channel partners and developing the NCR market for Sourcing RM roles,, developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Closing Manager are supposed to close sources deals, generate new HNI sales through events etc. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Qualifications Existing Real estate Channel Network in Noida and NCR is mandatory Presentation and HNI handling skils Sales and Client Relationship Management skills Experience in developing sales strategies and conducting market research Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to analyze market trends and competitor data Proven track record in achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree from regular course Experience in the real-estate industry in NCR is mandatory, residential sales is preferred.
