Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer with a strong background in high-rise residential construction to lead and manage MEP works across multiple projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire fighting systems including design review, execution, testing & commissioning, and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and quality control of all MEP services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire fighting system) in high-rise residential projects.
• Review and validate MEP design drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submittals for NOC 's
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, and other engineering teams to ensure integrated project execution.
• Supervise MEP contractors, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with project timelines and specifications.
• Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, fire-fighting, lifts, DG sets, electrical panels, plumbing, STP and drainage systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality, safety, and adherence to local codes and regulations.
• Resolve technical issues, review change requests, and assist in cost estimation and value engineering.
• Ensure proper documentation, project reporting, and handover of systems with necessary test reports and certifications.
• Maintain coordination between design consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams for seamless execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP works for high-rise residential buildings with both Mivan and Conventional methods (G+20 floors and above).
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, LV/MV Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Familiar with local statutory regulations, NBC, IS codes, and energy efficiency standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage contractors, timelines, and quality control independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end MEP execution of residential towers from basement to handover.
• Exposure to IGBC standards, smart systems, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Local candidates or those willing to relocate will be preferred.
