If you excel in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems at site, this role is for you.
✔ Execution & supervision of MEP works as per drawings & specs
✔ Coordination with consultants, subcontractors & design teams
✔ Review of MEP shop drawings, material submittals & method statements
✔ Monitoring of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire-Fighting installations
✔ T&C support and final sign-off of MEP systems
🔹 Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, NBC & local building codes
💠 MEP execution & coordination
💠 AutoCAD / Revit (preferred)
💠 BOQ & quantity verification
💠 Problem-solving & team coordination
