MEP Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background and strong expertise in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in MEP design, execution, and coordination for commercial and residential interiors. This is a Hyderabad-based role for immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and coordinate all MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for interior fit-out projects.
• Interpret architectural and MEP drawings and ensure work is executed as per design standards and timelines.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare BOQ, project schedules, technical documentation, and site progress reports.
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in MEP works with focus on interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire systems, plumbing, and electrical layouts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination tools.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
