Job Title: MEP Engineer Job Summary The MEP Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for villa and residential projects. This role involves ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality implementation of all MEP systems — including electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and allied services — in coordination with the design, civil, and architectural teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Design and Planning Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. Verify electrical load distribution, and plumbing layouts. Ensure all MEP designs meet statutory regulations, energy efficiency standards, and project requirements. Provide value engineering inputs to optimize system performance and cost. 2.
