MEP Engineer

As an MEP Engineer at our company, your role involves being responsible for the design, coordination, execution, and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building projects. You will ensure that all MEP works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with architects, civil engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems. - Demonstrating good knowledge in Electrical, HVAC, Fire, and Plumbing works. - Reviewing Cad drawings. - Managing MEP project schedules, budgets, and resources. - Ensuring all MEP systems comply with local regulations, codes, and company standards. - Identifying and resolving any technical or coordination issues during construction. - Preparing progress reports and assisting in project documentation and commissioning. Qualifications & Skills required: - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design, execution, or coordination. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office. - Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and energy efficiency principles. - Age below 35.
