Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MEP Engineer at Maisang Hotels and Resorts, located in Assam, India. The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within the hotel and resort premises. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating MEP systems with architectural and structural elements, overseeing system installations, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position also involves collaborating with contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) and MEP Coordination
Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Building Services
Knowledge and experience in plumbing and related systems
Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with relevant safety standards and local codes
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in hospitality or large facility MEP projects is highly desirable
