MEP BIM Engineer – Support & Coordination Studio

BIM Manager / BIM Lead / Coordination Manager

The MEP BIM Engineer will be responsible for providing centralized BIM modeling, coordination, and technical support to multiple projects through the Support and Coordination Studio. The role focuses on developing coordinated MEP BIM models, managing clashes, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and supporting project teams to achieve accurate and constructible deliverables.

• Develop, update, and maintain

  MEP BIM models

  (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) using

  Autodesk Revit

  in accordance with project requirements and defined LOD.
• Ensure adherence to

  BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and client-specific guidelines

  .
• Perform

  clash detection and coordination

  using

  Navisworks / ACC / BIM 360

  , and support resolution with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare coordinated

  layouts, sections, details, and shop drawings

  from BIM models.
• Track, manage, and close coordination issues using established issue management workflows.
• Support BIM Leads and project teams with

  model audits, QA/QC checks

  , and technical assistance.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and other MEP disciplines to resolve spatial and constructability conflicts.
• Assist in

  as-built / record modeling

  based on site inputs and redline information.

• Autodesk Revit (MEP)
• Navisworks Manage
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
• AutoCAD (for reference)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).

• 2–6 years

  of relevant experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and BIM coordination principles.
• Ability to interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and quality control processes.
