Join our dynamic team at BIM Plus Plus Project Consultants! We are looking for a skilled and passionate MEP BIM Engineer!!
Role: MEP BIM Engineer
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 2–5 years (BIM – Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Joining: Immediate
✅ Key Responsibilities:
* Create & manage coordinated MEP 3D BIM models.
* Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
* Generate MEP drawings and documentation from models.
* Coordinate with architectural & structural teams.
* Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project goals.
🎓 Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
