Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and deliver BIM models for structural and architectural projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation as per project standards.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks).
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate project execution.
• Review drawings, models, and documentation for compliance with standards.
• Support project delivery by providing BIM expertise and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BIM (Structure & Architecture).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of structural and architectural detailing.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
