Job Description

As a MENA Employee Relations Coordinator Senior Associate at EY, you will work closely with the MENA Employee Relations Team to provide support for case management administration tasks ensuring timely support and guidance to the business. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: - Locating details in systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP, and relevant documents to support ER case management due diligence. - Creating case management folders and preparing basic documents associated with case management. - Facilitating a smooth employee separation process by updating relevant systems and liaising with other teams. - Completing data entry and record keeping tasks on systems like ERCM, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow. - Extracting and analyzing data for reporting purposes, tracking ER case trends, and preparing monthly reports. - Maintaining a repository of ER training materials and supporting training sessions logistics. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing policy compliance. - Providing support for team operations, including maintaining team meeting invites and updating organizational charts. - Ensuring confidentiality and data protection protocols are strictly followed in handling sensitive employee information. - Proactively planning delivery of critical tasks and outcomes with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree, preference for those with HR specialization. - Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in HR or related field at a coordinator or administrative level. - Experience working with different stakeholders and in international environments.
