Membership Analyst

JobResponsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain accurate membershipdata across databases and reporting systems.
• Assist Government Pricing team, perform researchfor preliminary class of trade determination and maintain documentation perSOP.
• Maintain HIN and DEA databases in Microsoft Access.
• Manage PHS contract membership per SOP. Validate PHS eligibility and perform additions in a timely manner. Perform quarterly terminations of PHS customers no longer eligible. Maintain all appropriate documentation. Ensure Apexus Sub 340B and ApexusSub WAC members are maintained accurately per Apexus membership list.
• Identify gaps or discrepancies in data andimplement automation enhancements. Research and provide feedback on potentialAI tools.
• Manage all GPO rosters, including Vizient Members,driving accurate contract alignment and compliance with Class of Trade (COT)Requirements. Work on monthly GPO terminations.
• Perform cross reference validations for membershipalignment on all IDN contracts.
• Document and update SOP’s; collaborate with IT toenhance departmental efficiencies.
• Support Contracts, Pricing and Rebates teamresolving downstream impact in discrepancies.
• Provide quarterly analytics on wholesaler trendsand membership performance
• Verify EDI 844 files are transferred correctly on adaily basis.
• Conduct ADHOC analysis and support special projectsas needed.
• Update Contracted Pharmacies or Covered EntitiesSubtypes in Model N.
• Assist in Indirect Customer Master maintenance.
• Address customer inquiries as needed.
  

Experience

• 3-5 years priorpharmaceutical experience a plus, finance, membership, chargebacksprocessing. Familiar with pharmaceuticalindustry and government pricing compliance.
• Strong Analyticalskills with superb attention to detail while proficient in Excel, Power Bi, orsimilar tools.
• Model-N and SAPBusiness Intelligence experience a plus.
  

Knowledge/Skills

• Working knowledgeof Microsoft Office with ability to use advanced Excel spreadsheet functionsand formulas; including knowledge of Microsoft Access database maintenance andnavigation.
• Ability to workindependently with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Interestedcandidates must possess high ethical standards, strong verbal and writtencommunication skills, detail oriented with good analytical skills and must beflexible to handle changing priorities.
• Ability tocollaborate with all levels of personnel, including senior management andexternal customers.
• Skilled tocomprehend, read/write/communicate fluently in English.
