Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in

  Healthcare Insurance / Healthcare Voice Process / BFSI / International Customer Support / Client Handling / Client Servicing / Stakeholder Management

  .

• Excellent verbal & written communication

  – must have.
• Proven ability to manage client escalations and deliver high-quality support.
  
• Experience in working with global clients and complex support environments.

• Education:
