Job Description

Process: Bpo Telecaller -Inbound & Outbound Process

Location:

Qualification:

We are hiring Telecallers for our outbound BPO process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales. Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.
Handle customer queries efficiently.
Maintain records of calls and customer details.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team lead.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:
12th Pass
Languages Required:
Hindi and Marathi
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of customer handling and sales preferred
Willingness to learn and work in a target-based environment

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary:
16,000 per month
Incentives:
Unlimited performance-based incentives
Shift Timing:
Day Shift only
