Mega Recruitment Drive

The roles involve customer interaction, sales of banking products, and providing seamless banking services. Candidates will be responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new customers through sales of banking products.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling of banking products & services.
  • Handling customer queries and ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieving assigned business and service targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream.
  • 0-5 years of experience in Sales/Banking/Financial Services preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and sales aptitude.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
