This is a structured apprenticeship program designed to provide hands-on exposure to advanced packaging technologies and processes, setting the foundation for a long-term industrial career. As an Apprentice Trainee, you will undergo training in areas including pre-press, press, and post-press operations, machine handling, maintenance, quality control, and safety protocols. The program also includes classroom sessions on soft skills, technical knowledge, and leadership.
