Medical Software Pre-Sales & Demo Specialist -EMR / Clinic Management

About Easy Clinic

• Speak with doctors, clinic owners and admins to understand their workflows and pain points
• Map their problems to Easy Clinic features and configure relevant demo scenarios
• Plan and deliver live demos of EMR / clinic management workflows for:
• Small clinics (single or two doctor setups)
• Mid-sized clinics and clinic chains
• Tailor demos for different roles: reception, doctor, administrator, pharmacist
• Support the sales team on calls by answering clinical and workflow related questions
• Create and maintain demo scripts, checklists, specialty wise scenarios and role based talking points
• Share structured feedback from demos with the product and management teams
• Support early onboarding sessions for key customers from a workflow and best practices perspective

Desired Candidate Profile

• Mandatory healthcare background:
• MBBS / BAMS / BHMS / BDS / BPT / BSc Nursing / PharmD / M.Pharm or similar
• 1 to 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
• Working in or with clinics / hospitals (junior doctor, medical officer, resident, pharmacist, practice manager etc)
• Healthcare IT, EMR / HIS software, telemedicine or medical devices in a customer facing or application specialist / pre-sales role
• Strong understanding of:
• How doctors think and work in OPD
• Case sheet writing, prescriptions, investigations and follow ups
• How small and mid-sized clinics operate, including reception and pharmacy workflows
• Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in handling Zoom / Google Meet demos
• High ownership, curiosity and comfort working in a fast moving startup environment
