Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company’s products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for promotional activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account information.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Offer feedback on product development based on client interactions.
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and strategies.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through leadership and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and derma market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
