Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Manage client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders.
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote the company’s products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Offer feedback on product development based on client interactions.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and strategies.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through leadership and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and derma market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
