Key Responsibilities:Doctor Engagement & Referrals: Regularly visit oncologists, general physicians, specialists, surgeons, and healthcare providers to promote PET-CT, Gamma scans, and other nuclear medicine services. Educate healthcare professionals on the latest services and technologies offered by the company. Ensure consistent inflow of referrals through relationship building and service updates. Business Development: Identify and tap into new markets, geographies, and healthcare institutions for expansion of services. Coordinate with hospitals, government empanelments (CGHS, ESIC, DGEHS, etc.), and corporate tie-ups. Promote awareness of upcoming centers in Dehradun, Meerut, Noida, and Aligarh. Field Marketing Activities: Execute outreach campaigns including camps, CME programs, and awareness drives. Manage brochures, leaflets, and digital assets to support marketing efforts. Brand Representation: Act as a frontline representative of Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy LLP, aligning with its brand values of affordability, accessibility, and excellence. Maintain high standards of ethics, compliance, and patient-centric communication. Reporting & CRM: Maintain daily call reports and activity logs. Share real-time updates on competitor activities, market feedback, and patient trends with management. Use CRM tools or spreadsheets to track targets and performance KPIs.
