Medical Representative (MR)

The Marketing Executive / Medical Representative (MR) will be responsible for driving patient footfall and referral business by building strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. The ideal candidate will represent Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy LLP’s core mission of making affordable, high-quality nuclear medicine and diagnostic services accessible to all. Key Responsibilities:Doctor Engagement & Referrals: Regularly visit oncologists, general physicians, specialists, surgeons, and healthcare providers to promote PET-CT, Gamma scans, and other nuclear medicine services. Educate healthcare professionals on the latest services and technologies offered by the company. Ensure consistent inflow of referrals through relationship building and service updates. Business Development: Identify and tap into new markets, geographies, and healthcare institutions for expansion of services. Coordinate with hospitals, government empanelments (CGHS, ESIC, DGEHS, etc.), and corporate tie-ups. Promote awareness of upcoming centers in Dehradun, Meerut, Noida, and Aligarh. Field Marketing Activities: Execute outreach campaigns including camps, CME programs, and awareness drives. Manage brochures, leaflets, and digital assets to support marketing efforts. Brand Representation: Act as a frontline representative of Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy LLP, aligning with its brand values of affordability, accessibility, and excellence. Maintain high standards of ethics, compliance, and patient-centric communication. Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for the healthcare space will also be considered. Key Competencies:Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Strong interpersonal relationship-building ability. Self-motivated with a passion for the healthcare industry. Willingness to travel locally within assigned zones. Good understanding of diagnostic services, especially in oncology and nuclear medicine, is a plus.
