Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Transcription & DocumentationTranscribe audio recordings of clinical findings, diagnostic scan interpretations (PET-CT, Gamma, MRI, CT), and therapy summaries. Format reports according to Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy LLP’s templates and standard operating procedures. Ensure accuracy, grammar, and clarity in all reports while maintaining medical terminology consistency. 2. Turnaround Time (TAT) ManagementDeliver transcribed reports within prescribed turnaround times (typically same-day or T+1 basis). Flag any unclear or inaudible dictations for re-verification and resolution without delay. 3. Quality Assurance & ComplianceAdhere to confidentiality policies and data protection protocols as per NABH and HIPAA standards. Maintain 100% compliance with patient identification and reporting guidelines. Participate in periodic audits and feedback cycles to enhance quality and consistency. 4. Coordination & Workflow ManagementWork closely with radiologists, NM physicians, and clinical teams for report finalization. Coordinate with PACS/RIS teams to ensure accurate retrieval and linking of imaging data to transcription. Experience:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in medical transcription, preferably in diagnostic or hospital settings. Experience in nuclear medicine or radiology transcription will be an added advantage. Location: Noida & Ghaziabad Department: Clinical Documentation / Medical Reporting Reporting To: Head - Medical Services / Operations Manager
