Medical Representative (MR)

As a Medical Representative (MR) in our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling surgical and hospital-use products to healthcare professionals and establishments. Your responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling surgical products to doctors, surgeons, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to achieve assigned sales targets and increase product penetration in the territory. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and purchase managers, providing after-sales service, and resolving product-related queries. - Planning and executing daily field visits to cover the assigned territory, maintaining proper coverage, frequency, and call average. - Developing a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and usage, and conducting product demos and trials for medical professionals as required. - Maintaining daily visit reports, updating CRM tools or reporting formats, and providing market feedback and competitor intelligence regularly. - Distributing samples, brochures, and marketing material as directed. Key Skills Required: - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of surgical/medical products - Confident, persuasive, and target-driven - Familiarity with local hospitals and clinics is an advantage - Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word) Educational Qualification: - Minimum Graduate (Science/Pharmacy background preferred) - Diploma in Medical Sales or relevant training is a plus Experience: - 02 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply) - Experience in medical or surgical sales is preferred Furthermore, our company offers full-time, permanent job types with day shift schedules and in-person work locations.,
