Job Summary: The Marketing Executive for Surgical Products will be responsible for promoting and generating demand for surgical and medical consumables in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. The candidate will execute marketing campaigns, interact with medical professionals, and ensure market expansion through consistent fieldwork and relationship management. ey Responsibilities: Promote and market surgical products to hospitals, nursing homes, and distributors. Meet doctors, surgeons, purchase departments, and healthcare decision-makers to generate leads and convert them into sales. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to medical professionals. Identify new market opportunities and increase brand awareness. Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relations. Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team for timely product delivery. Maintain detailed reports of field visits, targets achieved, and market coverage.
