As a Business Development Executive in the Medical and Mobility team, you will play a crucial role in introducing cutting-edge robotic physiotherapy equipment to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare institutions. Your primary focus will be on driving innovation, fostering partnerships, and enhancing patient care through state-of-the-art rehabilitation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and Prioritize Target Markets: Conduct research to identify the most promising business development opportunities by analyzing various industries, markets, and segments. - Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through networking events, cold calling, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline. - Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. - Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Showcase the unique benefits of robotic physiotherapy solutions through product demonstrations and persuasive sales pitches. - Customized Solutions & Proposals: Develop tailored proposals that address clients" specific requirements in collaboration with internal teams. - Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations to secure profitable and long-term partnerships with clients. - Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of solutions. - Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to management. - Industry Knowledge & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - Networking & Lead Generation: Attend industry events to expand your professional network and generate leads. - Continuous Improvement: Constantly seek ways to enhance sales strategies, processes, and product offerings for better results. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: B.
