Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical/healthcare products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good product knowledge, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
• Meet sales targets and objectives set by the management.
• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for medical staff.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
• Manage sales territory and plan regular visits to assigned clients.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and handle customer queries effectively.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
• Participate in conferences, medical exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any relevant field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (Freshers can also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
