Medical Manager

**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Medical Manager for Rare Blood Disorder at Sanofi, you will be responsible for executing the Medical and scientific strategy for the SE Asia & India MCO portfolio in alignment with the franchise strategy. Your role will involve being a strategic, solution-oriented, and flexible individual who can build strong relationships with key external experts and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a trusted scientific partner to external experts by conducting timely scientific exchanges to enhance understanding of product value - Develop and share medical insights to contribute to key medical messages - Keep abreast of medical developments to identify research opportunities and support evidence generation plans - Maintain effective communication among internal stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant requirements - Engage external stakeholders to exchange medical and scientific information, showcasing strong clinical knowledge - Establish long-term peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other stakeholders - Collaborate with Diagnostic coordinator for companion diagnostic program operations - Monitor and maintain budget spends for Medical activities, travel, and diagnostic program - Utilize Scientific Engagement Model for attending scientific congresses and symposia - Organize educational meetings or scientific advisory boards as required - Record and report insights using available mechanisms and tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for diligence reviews, product positioning, and compliance needs - Support evidence-generation activities by aiding in data acquisition and identifying opportunities for further data collection - Lead stakeholder engagement strategy for Rare Blood Disorder products and pipeline molecules - Develop collaborations with professional societies and key experts - Provide scientific education on disease states, epidemiology, and clinical trials - Lead external advisory boards and provide accurate information to key customers - Drive evidence planning and execution through understanding stakeholder needs - Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials - Ensure medical compliance and adherence to ethical standards **Qualifications Required:** - Doctoral degree in a scientific discipline (M.D Pharmacology/ MBBS) - 4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Fluency in MS Office tools - Integrity and trust in all interactions **About the Company:** Sanofi's SE Asia & India /Pharma Medical Team is dedicated to being a trusted source of scientific and Medical information, effective strategic partners, and committed to public health.
