Role & responsibilities The Vendor Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing third-party service providers across key facility operations including Housekeeping, Security, Transport, and the Occupational Health Centre. This role ensures vendor performance aligns with organizational standards, compliance requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs), while optimizing costs, service efficiency, and safety. The Vendor Manager is responsible for managing outsourced services related to Housekeeping, Security, Transport, and the Occupational Health Centre at the manufacturing plant. Identify, select, and onboard vendors for housekeeping, security, transport, and OHC services. Facilitate periodic review meetings with vendors and internal stakeholders. Maintain detailed documentation of vendor contracts, renewals, penalties, and escalations. Oversee staffing, shift management, consumables usage, and hygiene audits. Conduct training sessions with vendors on health and safety protocols. Coordinate with the security vendor to ensure 24/7 vigilance, gate management, and emergency response readiness. Implement incident reporting mechanisms and support investigation processes. Manage employee transport logistics in collaboration with the vendor (routes, schedules, safety). Handle grievances related to transport and maintain usage data for cost analysis. Liaise with medical service providers to ensure the availability of qualified staff and resources. Monitor compliance with local laws regarding workplace health and safety (including statutory health checks). Maintain all wages register as per company requirements Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and EHS protocols Proficiency in vendor tracking tools, MS Office, and ERP systems Preferred qualification MBA with strong knowledge in vendor management, experience in industrial or hospital sector

Role & responsibilities Daily rounds and reporting in the agreed format both oral and written Ensuring duty doctor cover and availability during out of hours. All new admissions are clerked in as per policy with documentation of progress sheets and drug cards. Ensuring compliance of handing over policy for doctors. Coordination between clinical area for smooth transfer of patients across various patient areas. Coordinating with clinical departments for allocation of doctors for camps. Coordination of discharges and referrals Long stay discharge coordination Medication reconciliation policy compliance/ antibiotics and medication compliance. OT related concerns: timely shifting, documentation compliance, site marking compliance. HIC policy implementation in all clinical areas MRD compliance as per policy. MLC cases disposal follow up Family meetings coordination for long stays and sick patients. Clinical incident reporting Medical related patient complaints addressal Ensuring all patient related monitors, equipment, cots etc. are meeting the standards of the organisation in coordination with other department. Be part of and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and improving patient outcomes. To ensure medical related quality indicators are in accordance with NABH norms in various clinical areas such as ER, OT etc. OP responsibility under the supervision of Deputy MS Coordinating with deputy MS for gaps in medical cover in OP services EMR compliance Addressing medical related patient grievances. Coordination with Operations in lab and pharmacy conversion NABH documentation compliance Daily audit and reporting of OP patient diagnosis, IP conversion, surgery conversion, lab and pharmacy referrals Reporting and addressing any grievances raised by doctors. HIC compliance in treatment rooms Committee meetings/teaching/ training To attend committee meetings as delegated by MS To follow up the minutes and implement the agreed points in areas of responsibilities as per delegation To attend all statutory training requirements and keep oneself updated with latest medical knowledge and technology. To ensure all junior doctors also attend the mandatory training. Reporting Daily reporting to MS Monthly reporting of patient rounds to MS and VP Working in shifts alongside other deputy MS providing round the clock coverage along with cover on public holidays and Sundays. Preferred candidate profile MBBS with TNMC Registration With additional qualification MBA/MHA Experience in Medical Administration
