Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end user journeys across mobile and web for doctors, patients, and enterprises Work closely with product and engineering to ship intuitive, scalable, and compliant features Contribute to and evolve our design system used across EMRs, PHRs, and AI-driven flows Design for real-world constraints: offline-first, multilingual, low-tech environments Bring structure to complexity through wireframes, flows, and thoughtful interaction design Qualifications / Requirements: 5-8 years of experience designing digital products ideally with native app and platform UI experience A strong portfolio that showcases product thinking , systems thinking, and craft Familiarity with healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise UX challenges Experience collaborating in fast-paced, iterative teams Bonus: Exposure to AI-powered UX or developer tools (SDKs/APIs) Why join us?
