As a Medical Representative at Rymo Technologies Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad, your role will be crucial in driving product adoption in clinics and hospitals. You will actively engage with healthcare providers, demonstrate innovative rehabilitation and mobility solutions, generate leads, and close deals. Your key responsibilities will include visiting clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers to pitch products, conducting product demos and presentations for doctors and physiotherapists, generating new leads through various channels, building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, following up with prospects to drive conversions, maintaining sales activity records using CRM tools, providing valuable feedback from the field to enhance product and sales strategies, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Science background is advantageous), possess 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical devices, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate self-motivation and a strong work ethic, be willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory, showcase strong presentation and negotiation abilities, and be proficient in using mobile apps and CRM software. This full-time position requires your commitment to working 6 days a week from 10 AM to 7 PM.
