Job Brief: Rymo Technologies is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to lead product demonstrations, training sessions, and customer support for our cutting-edge robotic rehabilitation devices. This role requires engaging with doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless product adoption and effective usage. The candidate will be responsible for both onsite and virtual training, troubleshooting electro-mechanical medical devices, and providing technical support across Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work hands-on with advanced medical technology, including robotic rehabilitation systems and critical electro-mechanical equipment. This role involves travel for onsite installations and support while also handling remote assistance as needed. Key Responsibilities: Conduct onsite and virtual product demonstrations for doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital staff. Install, train, and implement robotic rehab devices in hospitals and therapy centres. Educate medical professionals on best practices, usability, and workflow integration. Provide both onsite and remote troubleshooting for hardware and software-related issues. Guide users on device usage, calibration, and maintenance through online and in-person support. Maintain customer support records, issue logs, and CRM ticketing for tracking resolutions. Assist the sales team by demonstrating the technical and clinical benefits of our devices. Gather customer feedback and collaborate with R&D and product teams for improvements. Coordinate with regulatory and sales teams for documentation, compliance, and reporting. Travel as required for onsite installations, training, and support while also handling remote assistance. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in biomedical, mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering with exposure to medical devices, robotics, or electro-mechanical systems. Strong spoken & written English communication skills. Basic troubleshooting experience with electronic components, sensors, and mechanical tools. Hands-on experience with medical devices, rehabilitation robotics, or therapy equipment. Knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and technical documentation. Willingness to travel extensively within South India (Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala). Language Requirements: Mandatory: English Preferred additional languages: Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil. Ability to speak at least 2 out of these 6 languages (including English) is required. Preferred Skills: Previous technical support or sales demo experience in the healthcare, medical devices, or rehabilitation domain. Understanding of therapy center workflows, hospital setups, and robotic rehabilitation devices. Ability to handle customer grievances and escalate issues effectively to internal teams.
