Job Summary:
Rymo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations in the Eastern Region of India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing key accounts, building and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional targets. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients in hospitals, physiotherapy centers, and clinics. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. - Leverage a strong network within the healthcare industry to promote Rymo's products. - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. - Manage and support distributors and resellers to ensure effective market coverage and sales growth.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales exp., preferably in medical equipment or healthcare products. - Bachelors degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. - Fluency in English, Hindi and local languages - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
