About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and mo¢vated Sales Representa¢ve to join our team and drive product adop¢on in clinics and hospitals. This is a eld-based role that involves ac¢vely reaching out to healthcare providers, demonstra¢ng our products, genera¢ng leads, and closing deals. If youre passionate about healthcare innova¢on and enjoy face-to-face sales, this role is for you. Key Responsibili¢es: • • Visit clinics, hospitals, and rehabilita¢on centers to pitch our products. Conduct product demos and presenta¢ons to doctors, physiotherapists, and decision-makers. • • • • • • Generate new leads through eld visits, cold calls, and referrals. Build and maintain rela¢onships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Follow up with prospects and drive conversions. Maintain records of sales ac¢vity and customer interac¢ons using CRM tools. Provide feedback from the eld to improve product and sales strategies. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements: • • Bachelors degree in any eld (Healthcare/Science background is a plus). 1-3 years of experience in eld sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or related eld. • • • • • Excellent communica¢on and interpersonal skills. Self-mo¢vated with a strong work ethic. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Strong presenta¢on and nego¢a¢on skills. Prociency in using mobile apps and CRM so¢ware.
