Position Description

The incumbent of the job is responsible for supporting medical and scientific initiatives related to the company’s product portfolio. This role involves working closely with internal teams, such as regulatory, marketing, and R&D, to ensure that the company’s products are backed by accurate clinical data and comply with industry regulations. The team member plays a crucial role in generating medical insights, supporting product launches, to provide medical information and ensure safe and effective product use.

Education Degree

MBBS, BDS, PharmD, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or relevant certifications in Medical Affairs is preferred.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Exposure to scientific communications, clinical data interpretation, or medical support in product launches is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and dissemination of clinical and scientific data to ensure the safe and effective use of products.
• Assist in providing medical expertise during product launches, promotional activities, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of medical and scientific information.
• Assist in the preparation of scientific reports, presentations, and medical education materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies in all medical communications and activities.
• Participate in medical training sessions for internal teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary medical knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest scientific literature, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate medical communication.
• Contribute to reporting and documentation of all medical affairs activities to ensure transparency and alignment with company objectives.
