Work closely with internal stakeholders including HR, Marketing, Design, and the Founders to align brand messaging across platforms. Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithms, and social media best practices to keep content relevant and impactful. Leverage tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, and analytics dashboards to schedule content and track performance effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media marketing , preferably in a B2B or IT services company. Deep knowledge of LinkedIn marketing , along with experience managing other platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
