Job Title: Business Development & Sales Manager Social Media, SEO & Creative Services
Location: KolkataEmployment Type: Full-Time, On-siteExperience: 3+ years preferred
Role Overview:
As a Business Development & Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving businessgrowth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closingdeals for our Social Media, SEO, and Creative services offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound outreach,inbound leads, networking, and partnerships. Sell digital services including Social Media Marketing, SEO, Branding, ContentCreation, and Creative services. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through various channels(cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). Understand client needs and propose a way forward. Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations. Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and lead tracking. Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, and delivery) to ensure smoothonboarding and execution.
Requirements:
 Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferablyin digital marketing or creative services. Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets. Strong understanding of social media strategy, SEO fundamentals, contentmarketing, and creative branding. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (English & Hindi) Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience in working with Corporate Sales & marketing agencies. Exposure to both domestic & international markets. Familiarity with terms related to performance marketing, paid media, or web designservices.What We Offer: Fixed salary + attractive variable incentives.
