Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional with a strong background in media sales, publishing, media planning, or agency partnerships. Someone who knows how to open doors, spark conversations, and create meaningful relationships across the media and creative ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Outreach

Act as TAP’s sales catalyst - identify opportunities and pitch The Akaai Project to brands and agencies.

Open conversations with decision-makers across media, creative, and marketing functions.

Leverage your existing network of media planners, buyers, publishers, and agency professionals to build new business pipelines.

Introduce TAP’s narrative-driven approach to potential clients and partners.

Relationship & Pipeline Building

Set up meetings, explore collaborations, and drive new partnerships.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with industry stakeholders.

Represent TAP professionally with clarity, confidence, and strong communication.

Strategy & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with TAP’s leadership and creative teams to align client needs with our narrative-driven solutions.

Share market insights, opportunities, and competitive trends.

Help expand TAP’s footprint across India’s creative + media landscape.

Who You Are

Experienced professional from a media agency, publisher network, or media sales background.

A strong networker with a deep understanding of India’s media + creative ecosystem.

Confident in outreach, pitching, and generating new business.

Self-driven, well-presented, and persuasive communicator.

We’re now looking for someone who can take this vision to market - without the pressure of monthly sales targets.
