You will collaborate closely with the founder to formulate strategies, attract exciting clients, establish robust internal processes, and construct a proficient team from scratch. Your responsibilities will include leading new business development, encompassing everything from identifying opportunities to presenting and finalizing deals. You will be tasked with designing and implementing effective marketing and brand strategies that drive tangible results. Additionally, setting up efficient systems, processes, and teams to facilitate scalability will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will play a key part in shaping The Akaai Project's positioning and influence within the industry, in close partnership with the founder and core team, to ensure sustained long-term growth. To excel in this role, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or business development. The ideal candidate should have experience in team leadership, structural development, and scaling initiatives. A blend of creative intuition and business acumen is essential, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and establish clarity where needed.
