Media Planner

The Executive Planning & Buying (Media) is a key role responsible for crafting media strategies, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring the successful execution of media plans to meet marketing objectives. This role entails collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize media investments and drive maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing media plans aligned with campaign objectives and audience insights. Conducting market research and analyzing media trends to identify effective channels and platforms. Negotiating with media vendors to secure favorable rates, placements, and value-added opportunities. Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement. Managing media budgets to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business goals. Coordinating with creative, digital, and marketing teams for seamless campaign execution. Maintaining relationships with publishers and other stakeholders. Creating detailed reports and presentations on media performance and effectiveness. Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging media platforms, and technological advancements. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency or corporate environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media research tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure. Knowledge of traditional and digital media channels, including social media, TV, radio, and print. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and media planning software.,
