Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, high-ownership Media Planner to lead integrated media planning and execution across digital and influencer channels. This role owns the full media lifecyclefrom translating business goals into plans, to execution readiness, performance tracking, and learning loops that scale.

You will work closely with creative, performance, content, and operations teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and perform predictably.

What You'll Do

  • Build integrated media plans across Meta, Google, influencers, and other relevant channels
  • Translate business objectives into channel-wise strategies, budgets, timelines, and KPIs
  • Own campaign readiness, including creative requirements, asset timelines, and launch coordination
  • Partner with creative, content, performance, and ops teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Manage influencer and creator collaborations: briefs, deliverables, timelines, and reporting
  • Monitor performance daily, identify trends, and propose optimisations backed by clear logic and data
  • Own media budgets, ensuring efficient spend, tight pacing, and alignment to targets
  • Produce weekly performance reports covering insights, learnings, and next experiments
  • Liaise with platforms, partners, and vendors for pricing, placements, and strategic opportunities
  • Support new launches and brand moments with integrated communication planning across touchpoints

What We're Looking For

  • 36 years of experience in digital and influencer media planning
  • Strong hands-on understanding of Meta and Google: audiences, formats, planning, and measurement
  • Comfort owning budgets, pacing, and performance tracking
  • Strong coordination skillsyou can run multiple campaigns without dropping details
  • Clear communication and structured thinking to simplify complexity for cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort with numbers, not just creative intuition

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with D2C brands, ecommerce, or digital-first businesses
  • Exposure to performance marketing, testing frameworks, and conversion-focused planning
  • Familiarity with GA4, UTMs, pixels, and basic dashboarding
  • Experience supporting offline moments such as events, retail activations, or partnerships

  • A clear, repeatable channel-wise planning and reporting rhythm is in place
  • Campaign launches are faster, smoother, and better coordinated
  • Media plans are structured, measurable, and easier to scale
  • You are consistently proposing high-quality tests and optimisations grounded in data
