Role Overview

Media Monitoring and Media Intelligence Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track media coverage (print, digital, and broadcast) relevant to clients and industries
• Compile and analyze media reports to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly media monitoring reports with actionable insights
• Use media monitoring tools and databases to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Collaborate with account teams to provide data-driven recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of media mentions, sentiment analysis, and competitive benchmarking
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in media monitoring, research, or PR (preferred)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and media monitoring tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently
