Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Executive to manage media planning, corporate communications, digital marketing, e-commerce growth, creative development, and retail activation. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive brand visibility, online sales, store footfalls, and successful event executions. Key Responsibilities: Media Buying & Planning: Prepare and execute media plans (Print/Digital), negotiate with publishers, and monitor ROI. Corporate Communications: Manage brand messaging, draft press releases, and handle PR relationships. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and run campaigns to drive conversions and engagement across digital platforms. E-Commerce Sales: Boost website/app sales through promotions, SEO, and improved user experience. Graphic Designing & Creatives: Oversee creative development ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. Cross-Department Coordination: Work with retail, merchandising, supply chain, and HR to align marketing with business goals. Retail Footfall & Activations: Drive store visits through ATL/BTL activities, in-store events, and activations, tracking performance metrics.
