Advertising/Media Marketing Professionals with a flair for Business Development, client servicing. Procuring clients for Print Media, Digital Media, OOH. (Corporate /Government segments). Either sex , conveyance must, Tricity settled preferred. Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify potential clients in the corporate and government sectors. Develop and execute strategic business development plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Client Servicing: Understand client needs and objectives. Develop customized media plans and proposals. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients. Ensure client satisfaction and retention. Media Planning & Buying: Develop effective media strategies across print, digital, and outdoor platforms. Negotiate media rates and placements. Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments. Team Management: Manage a team of sales and account management professionals. Provide leadership and guidance to the team. Set performance goals and track team performance.
