Job Title: Media Buyer - Google Ads

Role Overview


Google Media Buyer


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, set up, and manage 

    Google Ads campaigns

     (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, PMax).
  • Conduct 

    keyword research

    , competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize campaigns daily for 

    ROAS, CPL, CPA, and revenue growth

    .
  • Develop and test ad copies, extensions, and creative assets for better CTR & conversions.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure profitability.
  • Create 

    detailed reports & insights

     for clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and action plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and platform features.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align on funnels, tracking, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups.


Requirements

  • 2–4 years

     proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of 

    Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns

    .
  • Hands-on experience with 

    GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups

    .
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of scaling Ecommerce / High-Ticket campaigns.
  • Proficiency in 

    Excel/Sheets & reporting dashboards

    .
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.


Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads & Analytics Certification.
  • Experience in remarketing funnels & dynamic product ads.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization & CRO strategies.
  • Understanding of Meta Ads or other paid channels (bonus).
