Meta Ads Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to meet performance goals.
• Develop full-funnel strategies including creative testing, audience targeting, and retargeting.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to improve results and lower acquisition costs.
• Manage high budgets efficiently and ensure optimal spend allocation.
• Collaborate with creative, tracking, and media buying teams to align campaign strategies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes, ad policies, and latest best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum

  3 years of hands-on experience

  managing Meta Ads in a performance marketing environment.
• Deep understanding of campaign optimization, tracking, and attribution models.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel implementation.
• Experience handling budgets of $100K+ per month across multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  Nutra, E-commerce, or Lead Generation

  verticals.
• Exposure to Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid channels is a plus.
• Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels.
