As a Media Buyer at Affroots Online Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing advertising campaigns and driving remarkable results through cutting-edge strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Media Planning and Strategy: You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective media plans to reach our target audience and achieve campaign objectives. - Campaign Management: You will oversee the execution of advertising campaigns across various channels, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. - Reporting and Analysis: You will analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and optimize future media buying decisions. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. - Strong understanding of media channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred skills for this position include: - Experience with programmatic advertising and automated media buying. - Familiarity with media planning and buying platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. - Knowledge of industry trends. - Strong proficiency in handling maximum budgets. - Sales experience is a must. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The work location is in Mohali.
